Anyone have creative thoughts on this? Roto design is now apparently for 6 inches off the floor. Anyone got a fun idea to get this into my buckets?

you need either a peristaltic or gear pump to remove the distilled etoh.

It’s still not the best location but the kegs appear to be closed

Had a similar issue with our rotovap setup. We use a small air powered diaphragm pump to pump the recovered EtOH into our recovery drums. (similar to this one: https://www.grainger.com/product/WARREN-RUPP-Kynar-PTFE-Multiport-Double-2ERY9). Works like a charm.

Just need to make sure outlet hose end is secure/weighted as hose will move/shake while the pump is running.

What open container of hot fumes?

You can move a keg.

Have you ever worked in a bar?

They have handles. You pick them up and move them.

Oop, it’s closed. My bad!

I was talking about not putting the roto on a pedestal, not the keg.
