THE Perfect lab partner would want to extract the MIT, and Rev Share/ partner on the Convert 7oH/ MGM-15 or just take their payment in finished product.
Nevertheless, we have the ability for long term contractual opportunities. [A very creditworthy Corp, could work out a deal, as we Have a corporate finance partner who will supply 80% of our invoice amount a couple days after we deliver the product.]
We give 30 / 60 / 90 Net terms, to pay the invoice.
And could use the capital to take leaf to MIT, then deposit the MIT into a lab, with another Invoice to convert it into 7oH. Then drop that on our regular clients… paying $.021 to $.025 per active molecule.
There’s plenty of room to take this >200,000 kgs into tons of MIT, over 1 tob of 7oH… and holds a solid ROI once we create the closed system supply line.
Wash rinse repeat if you will.
We can also always take our 7 or MGM-15 into finished products to realize another additional 50% to 150% ROI. Also just dumping them wholesale…

Respectfully. I’m not a bank and have no desire to do anything on net terms to get paid. This “credit worthy” corp should have no problem getting a loan to pay its hard working vendors instead of relying on them to be the bank without any interest for their risk.

We will pay you in full, as soon as the services are rendered. And perhaps I was being too forthcoming by explaining exactly how the funding is triggered. We will UCC Lien the Leaf itself, this UCC-1 financing statement is to secure the loan, which will cover all costs accrued to extract & convert the leaf… to our final exit buyers. [With significantly larger demands then they can currently supply.]
All that matters is producing a high quality finished product and selling it slightly below FMV at volume.
