Anybody got a set of spare CUP 30 PSI elastomeric seals?

Got a client looking for a Delta Separations CUP 30 PSI version elastomeric seals, wondering if anyone has a spare on the shelf?

Spoke with Zach from Pinnacle (which owns ETS’s assets who previously acquired Delta) and it seems like they are backordered and customer is trying to get their centrifuge back online ASAP. Willing to buy a whole drive unit if that is a possibility to get a complete set too.

Have you tried c1d1 labs? He might have seals for them. Id at least ask i know he makes custom seals for his fuges might make some for the delta too

@c1d1labs Didn’t know that was a thing you do, anything for the CUP 30?

Are you looking for the flat red (silicone?) seals?

I’ve got vague memories of just having these cut locally.

Edit: confirmed!! Found the cut request in my email…

Small seal:
6.3 OD
4.56 ID

Large seal:
10.986 OD
8.57 ID

NOTE: there was math on that “10.986”, not extra precision.
Substituting 11” seems reasonable…
I’d like two decimals on the other measurements (at least as far as what the computer is TRYING to achieve).

Two each in 1/16” hi-temp silicone.

Please and thank you.

….and a note that these were freebies!!

These are ready …fyi I sampled them out no charge

Guess please/thank you ARE important

@cyclopath I appreciate it and that’s definitely good information, as far as I know this customer is looking for the “full set” of seals which includes not only those 2 face seals but also the mechanical shaft seals

The mechanical seal we got from OEM.

Let me look that up.

@thesk8nmidget ?!?

Edit:

$4k in ‘22 iirc

Pretty sure our original one was ok except I turned the orings to smoke (silicon carbide and stainless not damaged)…

We did damage the drive shaft because we missed a set screw when pressing things apart.
