I’m still a green pea on the SPD. Any information would greatly be appreciated.

Eye ball it

Say you have 1000ml crude, you pulled 100ml in heads, 700 in mains, I’d switch then. That will leave you with aprox 100 in tails, then 100 ml 8n the bf to toss.

I go by the 75% rule.

Save the tails in a jar, save heads in seperate jar. Save up enough heads to toss in a sep funnel, let sit for overnight, funnel off the lower distillate and add to tails jar. Save enoughbtails, and run in the next spd run.
