Pull final vac till the slab is at temperature 90 to 100 degrees is the window for heat. Nd final vac is around 4 to 6 hours

No, really thin layer microplane. Layer either paper towel and or cardboard under neath, it wicks the moisture. Allow for air dry or force depth with a vac.
I’ve done this in small amounts with bubble and it works.

finer microplane and in 40 degree room with low RH?
40-55° will suffice, yes fine microplane and very very thin layer. Use a dehum if possible in the room as you want minimal amounts of rh to lessen chances of sweating the product then need for refreeze sooner and oxidation.
Not to dilute the thread with off-topic discussion, but how would y’all recommend I consume hash like this in a pure form? Going to be judging a few categories in a cup soon, one of which is hash. Historically I’ve always combined with flower to consume but for this cup I’ll want to taste them all without any confounding factors from outside flower.
There’s old school hash globes, “hash hammer” type pipes with the screen and a quartz wand, and the traditional long wooden sebsi style. Any suggestions to maximize my experience?

If I get some stuff that’s more on the kief end of the spectrum than true full-melt hash, it’s gonna be nasty in that puffco though…
