If is not lemon tek with cubes, i dont consume any more, and preferer Lemon tek on fresh cubes is the more simmilar to pan cyan fresh, and pan cyan fresh with lemon tek…put on the seat belt-.-

Tiny B+ for me have the most visuals.
I’m not aware of any reaction occurring with lemon-tek. Even a handful of citric acid would probably be wasting your money. All just my opinion, I can’t prove it without lab testing.
But it slides down easier, for sure. Good ‘ol vegan oyster shots!

I was told the lemon would oxidize it if anything

Acid will degrade somewhat, but haven’t compared different types of acids or pH. I think as long as lemon extract is consumed fresh it is fine, but it’s not good for any long term storage. Perhaps when frozen as lemon ice cubes??
