Hey guys. I am in the market for a midsize bulk chocolate maker. I will be infusing the chocolate with a powder like substance. And I would love to know of those experiences with chocolate mixers, or something similar. Whether it’s different heating elements, or runtimes, etc. just wondering if there are any pitfalls I should be looking for. Furthermore, also looking for any used equipment.
