Do you know what molecules specifically and are there companies that make standards for these? I’d be interested in doing some instrumental analysis on these non-cannabinoid components.

Hey @aggumbi ! If the context of your inquiry includes quinoids, then Cayman and distributors do provide standards for them.
The other non-cannabinoid compounds easily number in the tens of thousands!
However, if your goal is to analyze whole extracts (so-called ā€œfull-spectrumā€ concentrates) for their unknown analytes, I would recommend using HPLC with a ToF-MS detector (time-of-flight mass spectrometer) acquiring for a robust software library of ion spectra for plant pigments, flavinoids, steroids, alkaloids, fatty acids, phosphatides, glycosides, etc.
Sample prep should probably involve using QUECHERS or similar means to isolate groups of analyte types prior to HPLC.
