Amber Color developing in some Ball Jars

Hey, having some oxidation in some distillates but not others. The flower is a bit old which could be leading to this problem. The pickle: there’s a distinct amber color at the top of some distillate in ball jars, but not on a few made in the same time period, with similarly old flower, that were only covered in parafilm.
One would think the ones covered in parafilm would develop this faster than the ones in ball jars, if it is indeed due to oxygen exposure.
Somewhat related, although this may be a testing error: I tested one at 88%thc, noticed this amber color, and retested it to get 62%thc. I’m due to retest as I don’t think it’s possible for it to lose this much potency within a two week time span, being covered and refrigerated.
So I guess my question is, has anyone noticed this color issue and how to remedy? And secondly have you had experience with this color issue coming with a lower potency distillate, or is this a wonky test result?

Backfill with n2 or argon, and or vac seal.

I use mason jar wide and reg mouth vacuum attachments to seal my disty jars.
