Looks like your temperature sensor or sending unit is not working. Turn it off, Check your connections and replace as necessary.
Good luck

Looks like a PID’y party to me.
I’m with @Myrrdin , that looks like the thermocouple or RTD is incommunicado and will need replaced.
Ideally, the first thing you need is the manual for the PID (which appears to be Chinese unobtainium).
Then you need to acquire a working thermoprobe of the correct flavor and swap it on to your PID. (Maybe start here Choice of thermocouple for temperature control with PID controller - NI Community )
If that makes your bath happy, then you’ll need to figure out where the business end of your thermoprobe actually needs to be.
If it doesn’t. You may need to replace the PID.
Auber instruments probably has something that will work

Indeed…and if the fine manual is to be found, it might be found here… https://www-yatai-sh-cn.translate.goog/ProductSpecifications/index.aspx?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp&_x_tr_sch=http
I don’t see it, but I did score the manual I need to set up the next two PID I face.
Which imo is easier that than trying to translate on the fly
EDIT: &$#^( &*$_#(@+ this suggests that @Hempyral was IN programming mode…which probably means @BigM solved it…
