Hey! We’ve been operating independently for 2 years after splitting off from BankCard USA, where our CEO spent nearly a decade before launching High Wire Payments directly from his desk until he eventually moved into his own office and took a few guys with him. So High Wire is newer as its own company, and it’s essentially a sister to BankCard (est. 1993). We’ve kept all of BankCard’s banking homes and added our own, which allow us to process in areas they can’t; HHC, kratom, and amanita.

Google reviews for High Wire Payments is better than BankCard USA. You were mentioned as being helpful. BankCard USA is reviewed mostly as being a scam and the equipment being total shit.
Yeah, I’ve seen those reviews. I know a lot of the “scam” comments are just merchants who saw “bankcard” on their statement, Googled it, and assumed it was BankCard USA when in reality 80% of processors use something like “bankcard dep” as the descriptor. They still handle some of the biggest CBD and hemp accounts out there and we are close friends with the team.
That said, we split off from BankCard USA so we could expand our banks and POS partners. High Wire was built to cover way more of the alternative product space and close some of the gaps that we couldn’t fill at BankCard!
