Knowing that Matt has made more voluntary recalls than any other vape company, and personally uses his products, makes me feel way better about his stuff

Received the beta control tower and cable for the bottomless banger. I paid for it so once the final version is made I will get a new production version also. Best flavor from my rig so far and I only use all glass not titanium. So far I have placed 6 orders with AVS and CS has been excellent. My pre-order for the control tower goes back to 10/2020.
Lastly I dab about .5-1g a day and never had anything that did not produce tons of reclaim except this. I had dabbed about 5g through the banger and not a drop of reclaim. Too bad some reading this title and not the rest are gonna miss out on the best tek available right now.

I’m glad it works and well. It’s a shame they had such horrible cs issues with so many other people. If I would have waited it out, I don’t think I would have been satisfied with the experience after what I had gone through with them, except maybe if it was a fleshvape(think flesh light, but you can take dabs with it too).

No they wouldn’t. Even if they bought an avs right now, they wouldn’t receive it for months. Queries to avs would take days via chat, and thats if they feel like replying.

My experience with avs has been shit from the start, the tech really made me want to believe. This product is one step from vaporware, just from the companies shit logistics. They should have refunded every customer after the 5 month mark, and then recharged their customers as their turn in line came up.

Yeah, I gotta say customer service makes or breaks a company.

It took them 5 months to get you a prototype. That’s unacceptable from a customer standpoint.

Maybe you knew they’d were going to take an eternity to receive the product whenever you ordered, I sure didn’t and I had no idea from their website either.

When I made the purchase, the website promised delivery within a few weeks. They outright lied. Took em however long to actually send my item.

No replies for days until numerous emails sent, that’s clown shoes man.

Again, I’m glad you’re happy with it, but a lot of people aren’t. Me included.

That sounds great, except the whole… putting money down for a product that takes almost a year to be in your hands.

I unfortunately don’t feel bad about missing out until they are stocked regularly on the website. I can’t imagine waiting 10 months for a product with all the lies they put out. They got a lot to answer for.

Yeah you have made that clear from your 1st post. As I have posted CS has been excellent for me. When I placed my pre-order for the control tower I didnt expect it to be delivered right away. What is an AVS anyways?
Thats the name of the company not a product. I have been using the M22 and ESCC since the V1 that was ordered on 7/6/20 and del 9/14/20. Received my v2 a few months ago and been using it since.

That was the control tower(mod)which is not needed as you can use any mod. I only waited a few months for my ESCC. The control tower is sweet though and milled from a solid piece of aluminum and I am happy to wait. Waiting for $100 products is not really a big deal unless your using your grocery money LOL. Now if it was 1k different story.

The m22 is the best performing battery powered cup atomizer I have tried. Yes, I still use it to this day, but when my spring clips run out Im going to the puffco. Every time i replace the legs i always bend at least one post. It’s frustrating having to wait until your resistance is at 2 ohms before changing out your precious clips

I agree 100% the clips suck but for me a small price to pay. I usually have my buddy change them cus he gets perfect every time. Thanks for turning me on to it as when I read your post I thought it would suck as I tried a SIC insert for a banger and it did suck.
I have the Pufco Pro and not comparable. I can def taste the difference. For me

#2-glass
#3 ceramic

I only bought the Puffco Pro cus its easy to travel with when I go ATV riding.

The most insulting thing was when I first told them to just process the refund when I saw random redditors bragging about ordering in November and receiving their batteries. When I asked for a refund, it was several days before getting a response. I was told a refund wasn’t possible because the order was months old. When I said ok, I’ll just keep waiting they told me I would have to reorder because I lost my place in line… without having offered a refund. Then when I asked for a check, they offered a venmo (a few more days later). This is about where I had it.

I got the fucking m22 and I’m not impressed with it our their shitty fucking customer service.

This is a 2 year anniversary update. AV still has not released the control tower. I really feel for people whom placed their orders TWO YEARS AGO whom have STILL not recieved a battery

Dispute the charge with your bank/credit card processor (if that’s how you paid). You don’t have to deal with the vendor to get your money back.

I don’t think there is a timeframe on it.

No but it’s my constant daily hobby. Nice to have work that encourages smoking weed and concentrates all day long
