Been using my Puffco Peak Pro($400)and not even comparable to the AVS ESCC.
The ESCC hits harder and taste better and I can run much lower temps.
Puffco uses silicone in the smoke path and that was the 1st neg I noticed when I took my 1st hit. Dabbing FF diamonds and sauce and I still tasted silicone. Now that I seasoned it with use it isn’t as bad but still can taste the difference between the SIC and ceramic. I can run my SIC at 240f and hits like a champ and taste awesome. Puffco I have to go to like 500f and still doesn’t hit like the SIC.

I know it’s pretty new to know for sure but is there any noticeable difference between build quality? I’ve heard so much about clips and atomizers and rebuild kits that I don’t know what to believe regarding what kind of lifespan to expect from either.
The avs is the best, BUT
You will waste all the spare clips in your first build. You will be extremely frustrated by the end of the build. You will be fuming and wondering why the fuck you paid 200 dollars to be on a three month waitlist. And then you will take your first dab. You will then understand.

He is right about the clips on the AVS as they are a PITA. I just have my buddy change them. He does it in under 2 mins perfect every time. I only wasted 2 clips but heard some waste them all before they get it to work. The clips last long though. For cleaning I toss the whole atomizer in a small jar with alcohol and nuke for 10 sec or so.
The Puffco build quality is awesome. I have a feeling the atomizer will last long. It doesn’t get reclaim buildup as bad as the AVS so I have not had to soak the atomizer yet. I love the travel case as I bought the Puffco to take 4-wheeling.

I’m about to have to soak my puffco atomizer. I’m getting a lot of reclaim. I learned I need to take way smaller dabs with the puffco.
Just like you I got the puffco as a travel rig but I’m really liking it and use it a lot at home.
I posted this on my ig today but any wireless charger works with the puffco peak pro and you can get a much better wireless charger/battery bank on Amazon for $30.

I also spoke with Brent, and he was pretty chill. I was shocked to find out cart farm is the same size as his company. He explained the notifications I missed, and why AVS takes pre-orders. While I don’t agree with the strategy, I respect the end result.

Been thinking of trying one in my Greedy. Have to buy a top airflow cap to use it though, so might just save my dollars for a Molecule 22. Sai coils should work in a Greedy, so I would be interested in hearing about how well they work either way.

So is the m22 worth it? I’m over carts personally, but would love something portable.
Is this thing still as good as you thought it was when you first bought it?
I’ve been sitting here debating buying one all day and I can’t make up my mind. Any input would be appreciated.

I’m pretty happy with my sic V4 for the money, I use it primarily as a dry portable at this point
I’d like to try the m22 though, looks solid when it’s working right

How long does it take to heat up?
Been looking at the dvt4, sao taf or sequoia, or the m22 and I have to admit, this whole escc thing seems interesting.
The m22 are the only ones with the heating element in the cup itself right?
I might give it 10-15 seconds of preheat before I start hitting it, just depends how thick you want the vapor. I’ve got arctic fox setup for autofire with temp control, so I just click twice and it goes up to whatever I set it at

I am gonna need to re-install that on my ravage230.
Regardless of what one I go with, tbh, I was impatient with it and put the original firmware back on.
But I’m sure if I take the time to learn it, I’d be happy.
I saw a broken escc… it turns out the crucible IS the heating element

it’s got metal embedded into the bottom right? I know the divine tribe v5 is using a crucible with heat on all sides plus an insert, you can see the metal through the AiN

Found a coupon online and got the m22 and some clips for 155 or something total.
