Accelerated shelf life testing for pectin gummies

Nearing the end of R&D here on the pectin gummies and I was wondering if anyone had a lab they could recommend for accelerated shelf life testing.

I’ve emailed @kcalabs and acs. ACS has a 12 month accelerated test that takes 40 days to complete and runs about $5,200. Awaiting response from kca and one other contender.

Drop yah favorite labs here if you think they can assist  probably looking for that 12 month mark

Thanks

I think you could find some cheaper options if you explored an academic/non-cannabis route.

Check out ‘stress and stability testing’ on pubmed or in the food sciences space. 1 week at 40C/75% RH = 1 month shelf stability at RT. ACS must have different parameters as 12 weeks =/= 40 days but that’s a start for ya. Given that you could do it yourself with 12 tests and a couple hundred dollars worth of infrastructure, there might be a way to just have the data validated and cleaned up for a ‘stamp of approval’ and just be out ~600 dollars for the 12 tests.
