I have recently (end of October), from this seller too, via bidspotter. I won an auction for a CUP-15 and a pope 4" wiped film. Andy @ A2C was super responsive throughout- he even set up freight for me. I will say there was an issue with one of the auction items in that one of the pieces of equipment listed with the CUP-15 didn’t show up- Andy immediately offered to find a similar piece of equipment for free, or refund me fair market value for the item. For the Pope, the external condenser arrived damaged ($2600 piece) When I told Andy, he immediately told me to send him the quote for a new one from Pope. I did and he paid it immediately. With the substantial cash I saved over buying new, I was more than happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more equipment via auction. I can’t speak for other sellers, but A2C have been fantastic to work with.
I have used A2C Equipment auctions quite a few times. I have been both a seller and a buyer. They are always quick to respond and are both knowledgeable and honest. When I have tried to sell or buy things privately, I quickly found out how much of a pain in the ass it is. A2C makes this way easier. Would recommend.
