How does the PES handle the terpenes in cannabis?
I had issues with PES membranes breaking from benzyl alcohol concentrations as low as 1% in solution. From my experience solvent compatibility was poor with PES i guess I’m curious if you’re experiencing that here.

For a butane skid I am having issues with the pump pulsing so my thought is
This reactor as feed tank Wich has a working pressure of 47 bar
So it can Easily be pressurized to 20 bar membrane working pressure and feed the skid
What’s your idea ?

Yes I have a corken liquid pump at the moment but it occilates a lot in pressure 60 psi difrance

Does anyone know the model of CAT pump that is being used for the membranes?
I don’t use CAT pumps myself but I use Hydracell D10EKSGHFEHA for 2540s.
Looking for getting a nanofiltration skid, but there is no manufacturer in my country how are making for processing Mj. There are manufacturers making nanofiltration skids for water processing.
If I get a skid with flameproof pump, flameproof panel and all parts and housing made of SS316L from the local skid manufacturer and fit a OSN membrane, will I be able to use it for dewaxing, decolorisation and ethanol recovery.
Also, please share a list of membrane manufacturers with exact model that will be suitable for the job.
Technically yes, but you will learn that each of the processes you are trying to do may require very different operational parameters.
There are some parts that you haven’t listed that are - in my mind at least - rather important on a production system if you care about throughput and product quality.
Mann+Hummel, Evonik, Synder, and any number of other manufacturers have membranes that can do some or all that you require.

This is an extremely in depth question and will likely require you to retain the help of a paid consultant for their time. The clues are all around this site but if you want someone to lay it out for you you’re likely going to have to compensate them for their time.

Ethanol extraction
Because that’s the way you isolate a compound with similar boiling points for purity.
One tool is a plier. The other is a tweezer. Which one can pick of smaller objects
It is not necessary if your system is designed and set up correctly.
