Would bubble hash or dry sift be better for running my trim with the end result being pressed into rosin? I want to maximize yield over quality right now.

Both can give you very nice fullmelt, but it depends on the quantity you want to process. If it’s a microbatch and you have lots of time for static tec, I would go for drysift. But upwards of 2000g you should wash as this is the most time effective method of generating large amount of solventless Hashrosin.
If everything is pressed I especially would advise to go for waterhash as drysift takes a lot of time
