Working SOP available for the conversion of mitragynine extract to 7-hydroxymitragynine with detailed list of all equipment needed for desired scale.
General scope: This is the conversion method using oxone but with the reaction conditions optimized for much higher throughput than what you would get by scaling the methods in published paper or patents (fyi, some of the patented methods don’t actually work). Also, the workup is much different than existing publications. Molecular yield of the oxone method is about 50%. If you wanted to produce about 20kg/mo you would need to buy about $100k of lab equipment (new equipment price) but if you have a cannabis or hemp lab sitting around collecting dust, you might already have most of the equipment already (ie, reactors, rotovaps etc). Contact me for consulting details to determine what is a best fit for your needs. The consult pays for itself in one day of work. Also available are HPLC methods for kratom alkaloids. Get in soon while 7-OH prices are still good

Oooof and so it begins. The mass exodus from Cannabis extraction to Kratom.
I mean, it’s already begun but you know how this goes
I will try to be of service here where I can be though… The more competition, the better for the quality of this stuff out here.
If anyone needs good MIT freebase for conversion or solvents, I have some excellent industry connects I can plug you in with.
Primary variables with this aside from the lab equipment are going to be the MIT kilos and barrels of solvent…

Anyone who needs solvents and/or alkaloid extraction equipment hit me up! I am personally working with 3 kratom processing labs at the moment

This is unrelated so tell me to kick rocks if need be but what solvents are you using? Hit ya boy up I’ll send you some quotes
Most people are using acetone and ethyl acetate probably.
What are your rates on drums of those? Are you based in CA?
Yeah, it is acetone and ethyl acetate tech! The drums would be coming out of Illinois but if we can ship via Full Truckload it won’t affect the delivered pricing too much.
Please see below for rates!
Ethyl Acetate Tech Grade 55-Gallon Drum: $555.00 Unshipped
Acetone 99% Lab Grade 55-Gallon Drum: $535.80 Unshipped

Very cool. Does the manufacturer provide COAs for those solvent grades?

Oh yeah! COA for every batch and I can send you a sample COA and an SDS for each solvent. Is there a good email I can reach you at? Feel free to DM it to me too if you don’t want to air out your contact info lol
