We paid $200 USD Shipping Fee for a kilogram of CBD Isolate to be shipped to Australia, in addition to the stated purchase price.

That was over 8 days ago.

This item has still not been shipped.

We deeply regret this purchase.

I am in a similar situation to the user above, and find it a bit slack that the Vendor could find the time to bump this thread but Not respond to me yet regarding the status of my order.

I Hope this is just some kind of hiccup and gets resolved soon.

@ “Belch”, I am glad you were fortunate, it is an unpleasant experience to have one’s expectations quashed.

My logic was incorrect, I thought that a Level 3 Slanger grading implied good reviews and customer service. It seems it only relates to the quality of the product and the facilities that produce it.

The Slanger rating is thereby independent and severed from the actual customer’s experience.

I am unsure as to what to do next.

Such a pity and a shame.
