Five needles, direct fill, 2 liter heated reservoir feeding straight to the needles. That is the whole machine, and that is why it is fast. Short oil path, heat holds the viscosity, and there is very little in between to go wrong.
I have owned and run the Vape Jet and the Thompson Duke. This beats both of them where it counts: uptime, changeover speed, and how little goes wrong. Simple filling principles are the whole game. Fewer parts, fewer headaches, more product out the door, at a fraction of the money.
What it does
- 5 needles wide by as deep as you want to run. 10 deep by 5 wide, 50 devices a pass, is the sweet spot.
- 0.5 to 5 ml adjustable fills, fully programmable from the touchscreen.
- 2 liter reservoir, big enough that you are not stopping to reload.
- Heats fast and holds temp, so thick oil keeps moving.
- Fast jig change out.
Service
Every circuit board sits under a slide-out tray. You are not pulling the machine apart to get at the electronics.
