We work in Colombia with our flowers grew at our facilites, this is the chromatography we did to our live extraction of a cherry pie 18 from crocket family. grew in a high humidity mountain.

Be aware that the Certificate of analysis (COA) shown was derived from chromatography, but is not chromatography and did a not include the chromatogram.

Yes. Both were determined by chromatography, the cannabinoids via HPLC, the terpenes via GC/MS.
Then the operator or the computer makes the identification and potency or abundance calls based on comparison to chromatograms generated from known standards (HPLC), or a library of molecular fragmentation patterns (GC/MS).
