Nice. Maine just started enforcing all the PMTA Tobacco tax on everything and your mother. (papers, carts, you name it) 45%… No refunds 
they want that money …

The new rules will start from Nov 1st, the stock price of rhe TOP 1 vape brand Relx,which is list in USA, goes up to 14%
