Item Model/Manufacturer: Apeks Force 5000 20LX20L 3 available with external chiller/ heater
Description: Three Apeks Force 5000 20LX20L supercritical extractors fitted with dual TCU’s (temperature control units). This configuration allows extractors to work with a single large external chiller/ heater. This setup replaces 6 inside chiller/ heaters which produce significant heat inside the lab. The external chiller can be mounted on a concrete pad outside the building or roof mounted. As much of the heat production is moved to the outside, A/C requirements in the lab are significantly lower, lowering the cost of production. The entire setup has less than 3000 hours of run time and is in exceptional shape. These systems are designed to have a service life of over 100,000 hours. They were replaced when company converted to ethanol extraction roughly a year after purchasing this equipment.
Performance: During use, the 3 extractors averaged output which amounted to 5 Kilos of top quality distillate (with proper processing) per 10 hour day. This is 2 runs for each extractor. Extraction runs take 4 hours with this high pressure system. One hour of time is needed to clean and reset the extractors between runs. All three extractors can run at the same time with the external unit. The external unit can also support up to one more extractor.
Year end deal - Purchase the ENTIRE SYSTEM for only $60,000
Original cost was over $1.5 Million. Deposit of $10,000 required to reserve equipment, balance must be collected via bank transfer prior to pickup .
