Right around 28,260 Lb of pressure trying to pull that retention ring apart. I wouldn’t want to stand anywhere near it.

250 PSI is a designed pressure handling ability.
The suggested using pressure is lower 200psi , it will be all good.

I currently have the reciving tank’s pressure testing video, check this video first.
We didn’t take videos for the material tanks during tests. Let’s redo a test for you to check，and I will update the videos here later.

This closed loop extractor’s designed pressure handling ability is up to 250PSI.

As long as your using pressure is lower than 200PSI, this system will be very safe to use.

You don’t have to buy the whole system, we can sell them in parts.

Thanks for mentioning this.

The connections, clamps, valves and sight glasses are all parts that can withstand 250PSI pressure.

Tanks’ thickness are 8mm.

At 12" double bolted high pressure clamp is rated at 150 psi maximum

At 250psi you would have just slightly over 28,000 of pressure on the retention ring. An empty semi truck weighs between 10 and 15,000 lb. And so you would have the weight of roughly two empty semi trucks trying to pull that ring apart. In the event of failure it would be dangerous for anyone nearby.
Please be careful I don’t want anyone to get hurt.

Thanks for finding this information. But that is not our supplier of clamps. The accessories on the extractor are rated for 250psi.
