How many liters per hour do you get with this setup?
1st pass- 4L-6L per hour (depending SOP)
2nd pass- 2L (depending on SOP)

@spdking I’ve always wondered why 22L? Why not 20 or 25? I have always wondered about this, and this seems like a good time to ask
Jesus! At what temps are you running to get that? I have gotten closer to 2l on 2nd pass too, i had to push the temps a bit to reach that though.
How deep of vac are you pulling?
The places where glass comes from. 20 and 22 liter are about the same just how they are sold as blanks. One is fitted smaller and one a bit larger. We went with that since 22 liter was 2 extra liters. We’re talking half inch overall size diff

@spdking so can your 22ltr glass fit in a 20ltr mantel? i’m asking because i would love to buy your glassware, but not your 6k mantel.

He said half inch overall increase in flask size. You could probably get it to work. Just thinking about the sizes in my head, and it seems like it would work out…

I’m using it in a normal 20l mantle.

Yes they will generally for almost everything. Like I said overall it’s a half in difference. The 6k mantle has alot of professional features not avail anywhere. You are more than welcome using a basic mantle to get up and running. The other devices all have automation and batch control and ai built into them so to speak.
