I have never done business with you, you have never bought anything from my company. You just would believe that good deal is a scam, what happen to you people?
We sold this at normal price, the customer used normal shipping which isnât the fastest thing in the world. That turned out to be too long for him, but what are you gonna do? He wanted he refund, so we gave him a refund. The problem is by the time he wanted a refund it was already in an American warehouse. It costs money to keep things there, and shipping it back to China doesnât make sense because youâre just burning good money. So, we donât really have many other options, all we can do is sell it off at a lower price so we donât lose any more money on this. Better to lose a little bit of money than to lose the whole thing.
That probably is similar to some scams, but we are a real company who has sold a bunch of real things to people. Companies do have sales where they have to get rid of stock for one reason or another where theyâre probably not making back what they sold.
I think you misinterpreted what I said. I was basically saying I thought it would all fit in the crate you specified.
I suggest letting the customer inspect before giving you the money, and you may get a lot more interest, and less suspicions of scam stuff. It is totally reasonable to ask the customer to show you the money before wasting your time opening the box. It is not very reasonable to ask the customer to pay before even seeing the item. Would you fully refund your customer if they open the box directly after payment and decided they are not satisfied with the purchase?
Indeed, I am interested in buying the 5lb unit in the crate, but I would like to open the crate and inspect it first.
