This used 140×144 - 7 bay gutter connect greenhouse, is slightly over 20,000 sqft. Structure includes heaters, exhaust fans, circulating fans, lights ect. Bow spacing and column spacing is 4ft, this house is stout! U channel tracks for poly attachment. 54 inch exhaust fans. 2 modine natural gas heaters per bay.
These bays are tall around 15’. Price does not include deconstruction or delivery. Both are available for additional fees.
I also have an in house installation team that may be available to install the structure. They are currently 6 weeks out.
I believe this to be a Merchantile greenhouse but I’m still trying to verify. This house is in good used condition, I’m estimating it is 15 years old. I would also guess it still has 20 years of life.
We’ve had a few rubber neckers, no deposit yet. I’m hoping we can sell it before we take it down but there is some time constraints. I will update this thread when it sells.
We just secured another 57k sqft of an additional used gutter connect greenhouse structure… We also have another 30k disassembled. Just holler when you’re ready. We’ll have something available I’m sure.
They really don’t make greenhouse kits like the one listed here anymore. There is a 12ft column every 4 ft!
I’d say at least $10-15 bucks per sqft, so $200k ish. Most kits are 12ft columns every 12ft for gutter connects with the 80 mph strength stamp.
