Hello all, my question is how do we get 12 months shelf life without using preservatives? And how to make the candy not sticking together? Brix 80 and pH 3.4 but I still have issues. I appreciate any professional knowledge. Thank you.

modified air packaging will certainly help if you aren’t already.

Nitrogen flush. There are machines that can inject nitrogen gas into a pouch as it’s being sealed. sugar coating on gummies might help the pieces not stick together.

DUDE, I dont want old food. . Your hash oil can be stored in a freezer. Grow your market and get that shit out the door fresh when you make your edible. Offer returns on 3 month old food. If people get an old product they will abandon you. And I used that and it was a drop per 200 gummies but whatever. I did use potassium and it wasnt an issue for me. I have seen a moldy gummy before that.
