If the only difference is the PTFE coupler perhaps could you sell that item individually, ship via fedex air for speedy delivery while someone pickups up one of the local reactors.

I second what you’re saying about quality/ dealing with Anna

I have purchased a few things from her in the past (before I ever even saw her on here) and the experience was great. Everything I’ve ordered has been in stock at LA warehouse and I have received within a week and a half each time. Always packaged well, but hopefully you don’t need directions because they are always terrible.1

I had some issues with my rotary evaporator (user error I might add) and Anna had to speak with someone else in her company to make sure I was getting the right part. She got back to me within a couple hours. The part was shipped from China and delivered in about a week. Honestly, besides the weird hours of business, they have provided better customer service than a lot of US companies I’ve dealt with.
