Hello
I have 10 kg of THC flower and I would like to turn it into something, preferably a BHO or SHATTER type extract or something else. Please advise what THC flower can be processed into to obtain as much extract as possible. The flower has about 19% THC. Any ideas?

What weaponry do you have at your disposal?
Have you ever extracted cannabis?
At what scale?
Did you post in Cannabiz because you’re hoping to have someone else extract it?!? (Likely your best bet)

Without knowing anything about what you have or can afford, or what your local market is, how can anyone possibly help you?
understand that there are trade-offs between quality & quantity.
Those trade-offs differ depending on your end goal.
“Shatter” is generally a subset of “BHO”, although it can be achieved using ethanol or even CO2. Learning to make BHO is not a generally considered short term project.
If you’ve not extracted cannabis, I’d suggest starting with Ethanol. With care it will get you to extracts that should be sufficient in emerging markets
