30-120 years from the state of Illinois. I live not far from where the arrest occurred. The Feds would be certain to pick this one up for themselves. 5 year minimum and up to 40 years total. Also mandatory life sentence if they had two prior drug felonies.
Illinois ended cash bail, so they let almost everyone go when they get arrested, but this one is surprising.
