Same here, tried them all and even modified them. Couldn’t get any to a point of consistency where they could actually go on a shelf. Such is the nature of trying to vaporize both a solid and a non-viscous liquid simultaneously.

I wonder if they’d work better with a health stone type wick like the old divine tribe low current atomizers used

Health stones appear to have bigger cavities than the porous ceramic dishes do. I would expect clogging to be less of an issue but then I would also expect to blow through that half gram much, much quicker. Ill give credit to the attempts at this tech so far, when you get that 1 in 100 that works well the whole time that half gram lasts a while.
All that being said im pretty sure I have a way to make it work. Im still up in the air about how badly I want to pursue it but I want to change the whole design. I want them to look like standard dispos (bars+sticks). My vision of the heating element and internals is much different than what has been tried so far and accounts for the thca suspended in the less viscous matrix.

exactly. all the trouble I had with them, I couldn’t imagine trying to educate the consumer on how to use it effectively. I’d bet you’d have very very few return customers. did you get the little programming usb drive things lol? not very user friendly at all.
it’s a big ask. Not only is it liquid and solid, but it’s different ratios of those things in every batch. I’m sure it’s tough to make something that can vape solid and liquid of all different ratios and viscosities.
If you could make what you put in them consistent, I’m sure that would make operation easier.

I did not, and I am not sure what your speaking of but now im very curious. I have thoroughly sampled 3 of these types of devices. Artrix (or whatever its called, the first and the worst one), releafys (better but not good enough), and a random one that looked like a bar style dispo with the bowl tilted 90° (retarded, oil flows down) that was just all over the place from device to device.
My idea would utilize two heating elements 100%, essentially each with its own specific settings/job to do.

yeah, so we got the one from Artrix as well. shit. but it came with this little usb thing with a few buttons on it that you could plug into the unit and adjust settings on it. not user friendly at lol. they’ve got some work to do

Ive been looking for those! (I think). I saw a video not too long ago of someone using something like that to adjust voltage on their dispos. I looked high and low and figured they must have made a 1 of 1. Can you link me to where I can find those?
