Loss in mass yield does not correlate to loss in potency.
E.g you decarb 100g of 100% THCA, you get 88.7g of 100% THC (if you can 100% avoid oxidation. In reality the resulting THC is more like 95-98%)

Short answer is its likely the lab. Whats your states legally allowed testing variance? Ours is 10% and our results consistently conclude that they use all of that 10% from week to week.
LOL indeed, I haven’t been sleeping and It shows. I’m thinking of total active thc vs pure d9 for test results when the product isn’t fully decarbed.
