Testing facilities are not producing or selling. They are only obligated to test what comes through their door and then destroy material if it is “hot” or illegal. This is why most labs have the DEA registration. Logs and traceability of samples are key. Universal Diagnostics and KCA are both DEA registered.

I agree, I was just asking. I do think that the state may eventually begin inquiring about the DEA status of the incoming samples. According to KY’s interpretation of federal law, each and every one of us are sending schedule I drugs via the mail (another felony) through their state infrastructure to test if there is a compliant amount of another schedule I drug in it (according to their author). It just seems like a low hanging fruit for the ATF/DEA with all of the recent legislation restricting sales of vapes.

Shops getting raided. But they most likely doing other shits that’s illegal to begin with.
