Very sad to hear, he was always very friendly and more than willing to share as much information as possible.

Rest in peace brother beaker

True man for others with how he shared his research. Youtube and Instagram both gave him issues so it’s nice to see his work appreciated here.

Just got off the phone with Dennis’ brother.
Got the impression he is not fan of cannabis, or it’s practitioners.

I tried to convey the level of recognition and respect @Beaker had within our community, and the loss felt at his passing. I offered our condolences, and ā€œif there is anything we can doā€¦ā€

based on the reception, I’ll probably let his daughter be.

Edit: Guess who got it wrong again?

We got disconnected when his cell ran out of bat.
which explains the no response on redial too…

Houdini is with @beaker’s brother in Bend.
I asked if that was working, and although the response was just a little tentative, I think that’s probably where he belongs.

I’m going to look at listing the lab equipment here.
with proceeds to his brother.

I would like to share a super quick story about him. First of all I feel like a piece of shit because for quite a while now I’ve meant to either ask about him on here or message him since I haven’t heard from him. With that being said, quite a while back when I first started on my journey, I had no idea what I was doing. I found this website and started educating myself. It was super important that I learned what I had to in order to be successful in this situation I was thrown into. Long story short, beaker started responding to a lot of my posts and helping me out. It turns out he livedabout an hour and a half away from me. So one day I felt bold and I asked him how he would feel about meeting up with me just to hang out in person and chat. He immediately invited me right to his home. We met by his house for some bagels and breakfast and drove back to his house. I met his dogs and he showed me around. He was then nice enough to bring me to his lab and sit there for about four or five hours and run his sublimation machine for me. That was the first time I ever saw or used any kind of distillation set up or whatever you may call it. He took a whole jar of some nasty shit I brought and turned it into some crystal clear isolate. We talked about his past in the service, we talked about chicks, and just all kinds of funny stuff. He was very kind and gave me a few small gifts, and on the way out he mentioned how excited he was for pizza night since he just got his check, so I went ahead and gave him 40 bucks to order a bunch of pizza. I remember his distinct look of appreciation, as he did a little bow and said thank you. The fact that he invited some guy over to his house Completely on the whim and actually spend the day showing me how to run a little lab process is just amazing to me. I’m very sorry I didn’t reach out to him after not hearing From him for a while, but I guess this confirms that he is no longer with us. Thank you buddy for everything you did for me. It was not only an incredible gesture as a person, but it literally helped me excel in what I was doing and greatly changed my life. Rest in peace old friend

In the words of beaker, his favorite saying… ā€œbe kind always :)ā€

Doesn’t even touch it my friend. @Beaker and I were going back and forth and had planned to do a data dump. According to him he had hundreds of videos and all his data sheets which he was working to slowly put up on his site.

I could use a local contact in Bend to make this easier…

Man I wish I could help more. Being broke and on the other side of the country doesn’t help much. You are doing a hell of a job helping his family out thanks for that!

I know I’d already seen the other thread and mentioned in there my condolences, but reading through this thread brought tears to my eyes. I can’t express how deeply upsetting this all is. Kinda makes you reevaluate dragging your feet when our years are so limited.
