Or perhaps the person who is having medical issues is the person who originally ran the account and bought and knows everything about the equipment, and the person posting now doesn’t know much if anything about it and they’re doing the best they can with what they have?
The use of language and posting styles are completely different between the OP and recent posts. They don’t read like the same person to me.

Family Parents and others took out loans to help purchase equipment,
I am doing my best to help Them cover the bills during this unfortunate time
I did confirm with Billy Andy paid $600k for the KD 10 and that’s not including what they paid for set up, electrical, etc.
The most important thing here is that we get this equipment sold, and we are willing to sell it out a fraction of what he paid
There was also an opportunity here for you to make money if you sell the equipment for 250,000 you can make $25,000 might even give you $5000 On top for facility sale
Some of these look like good deals to me, some look way overpriced if you’re trying to make a relatively quick sale.
@A2C_Equipment might be able to give you feedback on approximate current pricing or help you move some of it.

I would like to let everyone know that we do have several interested parties that are quickly pulling together resources to claim the equipment. If the equipment sells before you get a chance to pull your resources together, we do have some other equipment available that I can share with you, Bizzy Bee FFE, some large membrane discovery systems large centrifuges some CO2 extraction equipment I’ll put together a nice list to share
