That way non ethanol vapors condense back down , and the ethanol vapors co dense in the other condenser

Thanks I had not heard that one yet. Hope I’m not missing anything else important. I’ll probably get a beer keg for a pot. Do they have different size fittings? A thermostatically controlled needle valve? Or is manual sufficient?
I always used a manual one
I used propane burner(wanted to use “hickory just to fire the still” but none around) but they make electric elements that you can set to 175 or whatever
