Feed it faster. Just below where it sucks material across to cold trap.
Don’t be scared to step on the gas, you’ll find the limits this way.
I too am i running the same exact set up, pope had us running the 2nd pass on the wipers at 220rpm. was going to bump it up to around 260ish, do you think going any higher than will be worth it?
We do run the RPM’s higher at times if the material thins out too much … i have topped it out at 310 haha although it makes me cringe when i do, i believe it helps if the material thins and gets too hot , this was the only way i could still separate the material at the time.
Most of our runs on this will start at 220 then go to 280 by the end of the run
At what points are you increasing your rpms during your run?
Would you go fast on terp strip run too?
i also do 60 rpm
