shortly after i got my facility off the ground they sent me an email saying my worker card no longer valid cause of fingerprints or someshit. I gave up at that point and passed the buck onto the employees. its a nightmare. commencing a facility was the biggest headache ever

Our CO told us not even our bulk lots of flower (at the grow) can have boveda packs and the reasoning behind it is to “mitigate moisture change”.
She is completely clueless so I wouldn’t be surprised if she was just incorrect in saying that. But according to her, it doesn’t only apply to finished goods. (unless they are calling a big batch of flower sitting at the grow destined for Deli Style a “finished good”).
I’m sure we’ll submit for a variance but the amount of time, money, and brain damage that goes into the most insignificant shit… bovedas (or some kind of moisture control packs) are used everyyywhere in cannabis. and this is the hill DCR wants to die on.

gotcha. I think that would still break their rule then. The bovedas maintaining moisture content (like they are supposed to) is what they are trying to eliminate. Not just the boveda pack touching the actual flower.
I think they are under the impression that bovedas only dry stuff out?? so they are cause packs to lose moisture. when in reality, they can hydrate or dehydrate to maintain moisture. idk man. they don’t use logic.

Corruption can be logical. Watch for them to amend the rule later, but you must purchase from a vendor on the “approved” list. They’re probably learning from Illinois.
