Hard ‘e’ sound like the words: me, tea, flee, etc. on the first while the second is silent. “Meems” would be a more appropriate phonetic spelling.

Doing a MoM every month is too frequent. It ends up being a giant circle jerk. Make it less frequent snd it becomes more meaningful. Or don’t do it at all. Do egos meed further stoking here?

I’ve said it a few times. Member of the quarter makes it enough of a buildup. Hell I’ve been so stoned that I’ve lost two weeks. Then all of a sudden it’s member of the two weeks. I think we’ll run out of notable contributors soon enough
