Its a custom build. My idea, i put it together. I had a company (not mentioning names) draw my idea on a CAD program, i ok’d the blueprints and had this company make the stainless pieces.
I’m sure that’s not. The first time you’ve heard that
That is the standard issue these days. Tube after tube after tube after tube. Fuck that. I pack once, and 12-15hrs later i unpack and done. I basically eliminated all the labor involved with tubes cause nobody likes doing that shit
Garage tek coming soon!!!
Ya i get it, this was also many yrs ago. And me by my self could run 125-150 in 8hr or less and crude was 5+ a g so i had no complaints. I like your set up eitherway. Whats your average solvent loss on a run?
About 10#. Its difficult to get all the solvent out of that much material, and we leave alittle in the crude its self to make it easier to handle.
Im actually a big fan of the sheds for a safe room. shipping containers are nice too for a stand alone situation like yours @Badcookieextracts . for a garage or warehouse situation the tent would be my go-to.
My end product is all high grade
You telling me you don’t love the taste of mystery oil in the morning?
Almost like driving by a landfill after getting high. Such a putrid rotten smell. Lol
Homemade crc while waiting on the real thing
3um screen
5um sinster disc
Many other paper filters and couple more 5um screens
Wax trap before pump
Molesleeve and 3 coils in acetone/dry ice bath
Tane bottle in dry ice/acetone bath
Everything put together
Material columns on dry ice
And why you need to distill your tane
That’s a dirty one, dang.
Yes it is new bottle of 7030n from eco green
Probably can’t get much else up there either
Oh, man. I haven’t been able to do a run in a while with our permitting hold-up, but that just popped the smell back into my mind. Ugh. So disgusting.
Nope only one bottle supplier, can buy cans all over the place
Can you get solvent delivered from Best Value Vacs, by chance? They have the same mixes as Eco Green, at a pretty affordable price. At my old shop we switched from EG to BVV gas and the quality was just so much better. There’s generally less mystery oil, and what is there doesn’t smell half as bad as the EG stuff.
Shouldn’t this thread be in tokers lounge?
