Generally you make an extract using either a closed loop and a hydrocarbon, or do an ethanol extraction,
Then you have pre winterized crude, which can be winterized then decarbed to be post winterized post decarb crude.
Or if the extraction is performed cold enough you get post winterized crude, with hydrocarbons you may still want to winterize…
Crude by definition is essentially any extract in raw form.
