How about a Real No Wick Vape pod?

Too hot.

4 watts is where we want to be now.

Do you use live resin? that will need lower temp& lower volt like 2.7v or 3.0V

Whatever you have to do to get to 4 watts will be fine. I favor more ohms vs lowering voltage. More wire generally means more even heat.

The metallic film printing tech is going to take off for sure, some call it 4th and 5th gen tech.
About 3 to 4 companies I know doing them so far, so will be nice to try this version. Sadly its in disposables due the size and tech involved.

Kungfu did a good thing with a refillable, rechargeable disposable though. Super cute little vape.

ours is great as well, one my client sell kungfu as well, but he said ours is the best compare to kungfu and happyhead. Maybe you can try out ours.
device samples are available.

I sent you my info have you mailed me a sample yet?

@AlphagreenSusan You asked about my company in that email and I’ll just go ahead and tell you here. I am general manager and lab director of a vertical soil to sale cannabis company in NorCal

 I concur. I’ve been trying to explain to Chinese vape manufacturers for over 5 years now. LOW TEMP !!!

It’s a must. Majority of vape manufacturers come from a NICOTINE juice background/mindset. They ASSUME high vapor production only achieved by high temps…INCORRECT.

:loudspeaker: Viscosity !!! plays a huge role. Terps matter also… (Helps w viscosity and achieve HIGH vapor production at very low temps)

Problem is MOST are just middle men or sales and do NOT understand. Many of them lie which ruins everything. They say w/e to get the sale. Language barrier and definitely a culture barrier.

@ VAPE COMPANIES BE HONEST!!!
If not your just wasting everyone’s time INCLUDING your own. Long term relationships.

Long story long…I CONCUR :facepunch:

Weather someone is using live resin or distillate or solventless should all be treated the same. It’s about VISCOSITY and terpene %'s.

High temps are NOT good for any cannabis oil vape. 3.0v is usually to high even when at a higher resistance (ohms)

I’ve tried to tell y’all this a few years ago. Reach out to the manufacturer and explain. IF you made a high quality low temp vape you would get many sales and continue to get them.

There’s STILL many opportunities b/c manufacturers don’t understand it yet. They keep changing designs but still same WAY TOO HOT vape. Ruins the oil.

anyways hope y’all figure it out. I do like the ad12 from y’all. (the latest low temp version)

But i think low temp is not for all oil, we try low temp for some clients (good brands), they think vapor is too small. some clients say it can warm up the oil enough.
So maybe we need to test out with different oil.
what i know is live resin need low temp

There are many large brands that don’t understand yet. Just b/c they’re big and successful doesn’t mean they understand.
(No disrespect to them just saying)

It’s about viscosity. You can still achieve high vapor production at lower temps.

Many variables but it’s all about viscosity.

And most batteries make good tasting oil taste bad. It’s b/c it’s too much electricity flowing…too much heat.

There’s a sweet spot… Not too hot not too cold

When more brands recognize the values of incorporating real cannabis derived terpenes and understand viscosity matters most… the low temp batteries are going to be big.

Anything at or above 3.0 v will be obsolete

I’m going to make a post about all this sometime soon.

Thanks for your all info.
We will work on that , and tell these info to our engineer.

You said the same thing 2-3 years ago when I told you this. Lol hopefully y’all tell someone and atleast start offering lower temps.

I know majority are just sales…but tell your engineer to message me. I have Snapchat and Whatsapp. And we can use translator app to communicate.

I’ve spoke to engineers in the past…there’s some camps making low temp but very few.

Take care and thank you.

If you werent so cheap and went to manufacturers like smoore and celoh, you’d have found what you were looking for. Its like you are looking for engineers at a bus stop and mad at the bus stop for not having what you need.

The problem is you

I don’t have $10-$20k to piss away with DISHONEST engineers. They lie also. Gotta find decent camp to rock with. Hard to find in the vape world

:face_with_raised_eyebrow: The problem is scammy DISHONEST biz tactics. Idc to tell you all the relationships and convos I’ve had in the past w MANY different vape camps.

I also don’t give a tiny bit of a crap what you ASSUME about me. You don’t know me.

I mean COMMON sense tells most ppl vape companies are dishonest scammy salesmen.

IF that were NOT the case then vapes wouldn’t ruin decent oil…they do b/c most companies are cheap and short sighted.

But I know you don’t want to have an intelligent Convo…your just looking to fuss…I don’t have a gf anymore …I’m abstinent …why would I argue and fuss with you? Hun

TMI perhaps for a convo about vape hardware?
