Oh snap, please tell me more
Centrifuge is $10,000 and you can do 15-20 lb loads. Only 6 gallons of ethanol per load. With a 20 L roto and a 5L roto, I was doing well over 200 pounds per week by myself. Solvent recovery takes all of your time. If you had an FFE or a STILL, you could blast off with this system and a small team.
Oil comes out right too. I use -70C ethanol so it’s cleaner. I yield 78%totalCanabinoid oil from crappy hemp. About 1Kg per 10Kg of biomass and your wasted solvent is incredibly low.
Dry ice cold wash temps
Up to 45 min soak
Zero powders used, minus celite to stop fines in the buchner.
@QCM
I havent forgot about you. I lost your number. Hit me up for that sop.
Hell yeah that’s exactly what I wanted to hear!
Sounds like you know how to search by user, but chances are somebody will find themselves here without that skill…

You can absolutely share a pump. Just hoses and manual ball valves to move product around. (feed/remove)
Would walk on hot coals, barefoot, before dealing with BVV. Might as well go directly to the source (China). You won’t get any more support from BVV, save the markup and paint job!
