Looks like there was some competition with all that salsa on the table! Stoked you liked them! How weird is the not hot sauce?! You just wait for it to hurt you, and it never does!

I made extra on those short ribs because it takes so long to cook so now I just thought them out and have more the best part of the meat is the part you have to know off the bone

I have a 10 lb pork butt roast that’s staring at me that’s been sitting in my freezer since covid started I’m about to make that I got to use up all this food while I got a freezer I don’t know where I’m moving in 2 weeks I think I might just take a vacation and travel the country good to do that while you’re not paying rent

It was so good. It really does feel like the heat is about to show up but doesn’t. I didn’t bother with the other stuff on the table I only wanted these. Haha

That kind of pepper sounds like you could almost Market to one of these big restaurants and it’ll be a huge hit it’ll be like that Popeye’s chicken sandwich call it something like the wait for it chicken sandwich and you’re waiting

After @FicklePickle gets first picks for helping me get it I’ll let you know what I have out of the THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE POUNDS of beef that I got. I did get some marrow bones (I’m going to make mayo with the marrow @Future), organs (liver, kidney, heart), and I think the tongue. I wanna make lenegua (or whatever it’s spelled) tacos.
