Extractor races - is yours a goer?

The company that makes fuges for YHChem also makes this same one for many other companies. I don’t remember the name of the OEM at the moment.

@Zack_illuminated you said you think you’ve got the

What’s the labour requirement on your R800 when running at full steam? That’s 200lb/hr?

For light hydrocarbon based units, yeah I do believe we have the largest and fastest units available. Simply based on solvent recovery rate and thermal control capacity we crush everything else available.

The R600 has done 2000lbs a day with one operator and two sock loaders @ 100 lbs per hour.

The R800 is just a bigger version at 300lbs per hour baseline and we can always custom design a larger unit using our tech that eliminates the use of a hot water heater and excessive ancillary chilling that will still operate in an F1 occupancy.

Dry bio rates but extracted cold like live resin. Can perform a 100c swing in under 10 minutes (+ to -) or (- to +).

If you want to move more solvent all you have to do is put on a bigger compressor and we can cut the runtime in half. As is the systems are sized to be cost effective as well as functional.

I guess MAQs are the only limit to scalability (within reason)

The traditional system needs ever more energy to power the heaters and chillers the bigger the system gets, along with the need for ever more solvent (MAQ limits).

So MAQs and power supply

Service AMPs

So three people for 100 lb/hr? Damn, sounds like it’s time for someone to build a proper continuous flow system.

A continuous counter current extraction system would be the way to go

This system is pretty cool id want a bigger one though

Yeah we have been working on a propane constant feed for some time now… Has it’s own challenges.

The basic flow path is pretty small but the volume of solvent per minute is very large. Cold extraction, vac, extract, recover. Constant product output. Full plant frozen feed. 350psi operational rating… Etc.

Pretty much requires our patented technologies to operate or your gonna be dumping thousands of amps of electricity on heating and cooling with thousands of lbs of solvent on site at all times.

we used <10kg of solvent to hit those throughput numbers with butane
