Low investment. Full spectrum hippy friendly product. Waste product can be pelletized and burned to fuel your hot oil extraction.
Not that it’s all that innovative, but it’s a niche that is not currently being exploited, and the big boys are unlikely to go there (they may find other ways to squash you…)
