Wanted to showcase a couple wipers today. These wiped film units have been fully rebuilt and tested and come with Heaters/Chillers and vacuum pump. Turbo pumps are negotiable.
This 12” Wiper above is a MDS50 From Toption. It features a speed of 10-30L per hour. This wiper has been fully disassembled, cleaned, all gear pumps disassembled (broken gears replaced), system vacuum tested to 50-70micron on standard vacuum pump w/o a turbo. It comes with a mix of Julabo heaters for the waste arm, heated tubes, and feed tank. A Lab1st 10kw heater for the evaporator body, and a DLSB for the cold trap(s).
The wiper below is a Chemtech KD6L. It has been fully rebuilt, cleaned and tested as well. This wiper does 1.5L to 3L/ hour and is made with very high end components and is a joy to use. We have replaced the smaller FP40 with a DLSB -40c chiller for the cold trap, other options (chillers, turbos, gear pumps) are available upon request.
