After its stiff and I’m able to flip it i go full vac.
Standard 3 days with a flip and pull every 12 hours like shatter or just for a day?
Play with your times. Its never the same from what I’ve found out.
Today I was able to take 3 slabs, whip them and have the final product dry in under 3 hours. The total dry times for the slabs in the oven were about 3 days. If anyone is really interested in this tek I have fool proof roto, vac oven, hot plate , and final vac oven parameters. Can even give suggestions on drill bit options.
Write up an SOP, and drop that shit on the masses!
But money… youre probably right tho this community really needs an ethanol crumble master to rise up! I guess that can be me.
How’s the taste???
Its its a bx golden goat so it has decent flavor.
Was this 3 hour final purge tested? Im curious on how high the ethanol ppm was.
The lowest ppm I have gotten with my crumble is 51.
I work in a medical market where the lower limit is 5000ppm or 0.5% ethanol. I dont test them in house anymore because this tek always gets below 1000ppm readings. I have never had crumble fail when doing it like this.
So you’re saying you get below 1000 in 3 hours after ectraction?
I find that hard to believe because it takes me at least 5 hours before i can remove it from parchment to start my whip game.
This probably has something to do with it:
Yeah I dont wait that long before I whip. I do it as soon as I’m able to pull it off parchment. Its easier to whip that way also.
Classic. Great stuff!
Yeah, gotta read the pervious comments to get all the info. I have whipped after a few hours in the oven as well and that seems to be easier when hand whipping for sure. Now we have a drill so it seems the more dry the slab the faster you can homogenized the crumble. I havent whipped a wet slab in such a long time.
How were you able to achieve this? I’m working with EHO and have only had success once making crumble and have yet to replicated it with any other strain.
Do exactly what I said above and youll get it. Works like a charm.
