Get a new lab.
Obvious issue here. As a rule, you should always be periodically checking your selected lab with another. Or better yet using a few labs.

The second crystallization will yield some more mother liquor. Not much but that should be the d9 that got trapped in the thca. Centrifuge that second crystallization again and you should have a really pure product.
And yes thca will make the oil very “sticky” when dissolved in the solvent but sets into a powdery substance if you rub a bit between your fingers
